If you live in Texas you know how hot it can get. Perhaps a cool set of tinted windows can help keep you a little cooler. There are a few things you should know though before reading the reviews of some quality and affordable window tinting shops across the great state of Texas.
Before getting them darkened, you should check out the local Texas window tint laws in your area. Generally, many police do not care a ton about them, but some are worse than others. It is up to you but beware of the risk.
Getting a tint fine or ticket in Texas could be costly, and they may want you to remove your tint. If you have other moving violations along with the window tint ticket, it may be best to contact a Texas traffic attorney or lawyer that can give you much more advice than me. They may even be able to get your tint fine dismissed or lowered. You never know.

El Paso
Pacific Tinting in El Paso has been getting some quality feedback as well. They are one of the best shops in the area and many customers will agree.
Fort Worth

Arlington

One place down near the Gulf that does car window tinting is Far Beyond Tint and Alarm. They have a solid reputation and do fine work. Check them out if you are in the area.
Plano
Pro Tint in Plano Texas gets very good reviews from all the locals there. I have never been to Plano myself, but I would like to make a trip there someday.
Garland
