If you are looking for window tint for your vehicle you have many decisions to make. The first thing you should decide is whether or not you can afford to tint your car.  This is not as easy as it sounds as some good window tint shops will charge upwards of $300 for a full vehicle job. This may be too much for you so many people try to do it themselves.  This is risky but can be done with the right balance of time and patience.

When choosing your vehicle window tint there are many colors and shades to choose from. You can go with red, blue, silver, or traditional black window tint for your ride. There is also various styles to choose from like mirror tint, chrome tint, and other cool looking designs.

For darkness you want to start with 50% and take a look at that and go from there. You will see that is barely tinted at all and I am sure you will want darker. 35% looks a little tinted and if you do not want to risk getting a ticket this may be the best for you. 20% is nice and dark and gives a great look to the car. You start to have some trouble seeing out of this in the dark though, so be careful when backing up and turning. Anything around 5% is almost too dark to drive at night. You should be extremely careful when turning and backing up because you will not see people walking with your windows up and tint this dark.

No matter what you decide be careful and choose the right auto tint for your vehicle.  Taking some time to do it right the first time will save you the hassle of getting it done if you are not happy with your first choice.
